The cortex or cerebrum is the largest part of the human brain, associated with higher brain function such as thought and action. It restrains emotion by problem solving, languages, invention and many other on cognitive processes. There's a part called limbic of which controls emotions, emotional responses, hormonal secretions, mood, motivation, pain and pleasure sensations.

'Limbic system' has
Thalamus, to relay sensory signals to the cerebral cortex. It functions as motor control receives auditory, somatosensory and visual sensory signals
Hippocampus, consolidating new memories, emotions,
spatial orientation and navigating into perception.
Amygdala, as the central of emotional control. It deals
with arousal, emotional responses, hormoal secretions,
and controls autonomic responses associated with fear.

Korteks adalah bagian berpikir otak, dan berfungsi
mengendalikan emosi melalui pemecahan masalah,
bahasa, daya cipta dan proses kognitif lainnya.
Sistem limbik merupakan bagian emosional otak.
Sistem ini meliputi talamus, yang mengirimkan
pesan-pesan ke korteks; hippocampus, yang berperan
dalam ingatan dan penafsiran persepsi; dan amigdala,
sebagai pusat pengendalian emosi.
